Susan E. Pritchett Post is the president of New World Coaching and Consulting Associates. She has over 20 years experience in corporate banking and international development work. By combining this strong business background with experience in the social sciences and coaching, and an ongoing and extensive education, she brings a unique perspective to her work. Her clients rely on her to be skillful at the individual, intuitive, and empathetic level while maintaining a strong focus on strategic and pragmatic results.

Susan is a Professional Coach certified by the Coaches Training Institute in the Co-active Coaching model. She consults with organizations, groups, and individuals in the areas of leadership, team-building, board development, and strategic planning using strength-based, appreciative processes, including coaching, workshops, and appreciative inquiry.

Susan holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology, a Masters in Sociology, and an MBA in Finance.

Susan is an author, free-lance writer, and public speaker. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Alliance for Non-Profit Management, and Consulting Women.

She is also a co-owner of Appreciative Inquiry, LLC, a global consortium of over 130 Appreciative Inquiry practitioners. This means that she partners with a broad spectrum of consultants with diverse expertise and experience.
