This workshop is designed for development, micro-enterprise, and micro-finance professionals in profit and nonprofit organizations. It offers an innovative approach for those seeking to energize and dramatically scale-up their micro-enterprise programs and results in a way that is respectful of the participants and their cultures, engaging them fully in the project and outcomes.

Mac Odell, designer of the Appreciative Planning and Action approach for Pact’s award-winning WORTH programforwomen’s empowerment and micro-enterprise (www.worthwomen.org)

Susan Post, DC-based consultant/AI practitioner and author of an appreciative study entitled Women in Modern Albania.

The original live workshop was held on March 30, 2006, but you still have an opportunity to participate "virtually" by registering below to receive the workshop CD that includes:

  • a full set of slides with extensive notes as to what was said and what happened in the workshop,
  • the handouts which include articles and illustrations, and
